Great experience with Downtown Physicians and Physical Therapists NYC. Dr Hetarth Kapadia is a great physical therapist, very down to earth and attentive to my needs. Lauren and the company in the physician’s department is equally kind. Been going for a few weeks and already improving! Highly recommend!

Dr. Kapadia and the PT team are amazing—so helpful and hands-on. Even with a small space, they go above and beyond to provide individualized care for each patient. I was nervous about starting PT after my foot injury, but the team made me feel supported and comfortable from day one. They are attentive to your exercises and manual therapy. Highly recommend this team and location!

I had a very good experience here. Dr Kapadia was smart, friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. I also worked a lot with Dhrupa who was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and overall great to work with! I also worked with Ilir a few times and he was also patient, knowledgeable, and easy going. Thank you for all of your help and I wish we could have worked together for even longer!

Dr Karpadia it’s very knowledgeable and always has great suggestions on how to do exercise exercises and other things to help your pain. Drupa, his assistant is amazing with detailed instruction and explanation of exercise and is always there to correct your form so you can do the exercises with no pain. I love this Physical Therapy place because it’s more like a family atmosphere than a PT factory which there are many in Brooklyn here you get better at personalized detention in my opinion.
